Stroller Strides: North Orange County: Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Please get doctor's permission before starting this or any other exercise.

It's the postnatal workout that turns a stroller into a portable fitness machine. With StrollerFit®, stroller fitness and our unique mommymuscle™ method moms can burn fat, build core strength, enhance flexibility and make new friends while their baby has a blast. In a 50-minute, safe and interactive stroller fitness class, moms will use their stroller, resistance training and body weight to achieve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. The child(ren) will be entertained by songs, nursery rhymes, visual stimulation and activities.
